These Strawberry Popsicles are perfect for the days we are craving something sweet but do not want to overindulge. They are nutritious, refreshing and low in calories.
These popsicles are packed with strawberries which are full of antioxidants, protect our hearts and also lowers blood pressure. I use yogurt instead of cream and it gives these popsicles the perfect amount of creaminess but with all the beneficial probiotics of yogurt.
These are also a great replacement for store bought popsicles that are full of sugar and/ or corn syrup. Once you realize how easy these are to make you will be making them all year long.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz Strawberries
- 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
- ¼ Cup Honey
Directions
- Step 1
- Add the yogurt, honey into a bowl and mix.
- Step 2
- Then add this into a blender with the strawberries. Mix but only by pulsing a few times. I like the strawberries to be a bit chunky, so I do not fully blend, but if you prefer it more blended, feel free to do so.
- Step 3
- Pour this into popsicle molds and freeze for 5 hours.
