Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 Carton of Strawberries
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
Directions
- Step 1
- Wash and chop the strawberries, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno peppers. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.
- Step 2
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Step 3
- Put avocado oil in a skillet over high heat and add the fillets for 4-5 minutes, until the fillets have become a golden crisp. Flip the salmon and let them cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
- Step 4
- Serve them with the salsa you prepared over each filet.
- Step 5
- Accompany them with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
