Oatmeal is a very nutritious way to start your day due to the several nutritional benefits that it provides. Aside from the with vitamins, minerals, and fiber they provide us, there are also studies that attribute the consumption of oats to the prevention of diabetes, cholesterol and stroke.
Today there are many ways to make oatmeal, but this recipe is a recipe that turns oatmeal into a warm cup of atole and is quite perfect for these days that have been so cold. Preparing it does not take long, but it does require for you to stay and watch it because it can easily stick and burn. I use nonfat milk for this recipe and cane sugar, but I can opt for a vegan milk or any of your preference and that goes for the sugar as well. . You can adjust to your preference.
Enjoy!
