Granola is something that until recently I always bought at the grocery store, and then I discovered how to make it and moreover how easy it was to make. By making it at home you can as well avoid all the preservatives that store bought granola can have.
I will be sharing with you today just how easy it is to make it. Granola is something that can be made into a snack, breakfast or dessert. It can be added to yogurt, ice cream, cereal or eaten all by itself too.
Without a doubt it is something that you can get creative with and change the fruits, nuts and seeds for different flavors and textures. In this recipe I will be using dried cranberries and coconut, but you are welcome to use your own choice of dried fruits. I hope you enjoy making and eating this as much as we do!
