Today we will share with you a recipe that is easy to prepare and will leave you very satisfied, Chicken Tostadas! The salsa is not something that we consider spicy but that can vary per individual so please adjust chile and the vinegar to your own taste and preference.
The tostadas are not high in calories, but we all know that they are fried so maybe we try not to overindulge (which will not be easy with tostadas) in order to keep this meal healthy.

Chicken Tostadas

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
- Tostadas
- 1 Head of Lettuce
- 3 Bunches of Radishes
- 6-7 Tomatoes
- Small piece of White Onion
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers
- Pickled Jalapeño Peppers
- Oregano
- 2 Avocados
- Queso Fresco or Queso Crema
Directions
- Step 1
- Bring the chicken breasts to a boil with salt to taste.
- Step 2
- When cooked remove from heat.
- Step 3
- When the chicken is cold, shred the chicken. Apart.
- Step 4
- Wash the tomatoes and fresh jalapeño peppers. Boil them for 8-10 minutes, until they are soft and mushy. Remove from heat. Put them into a blender with a little water from which the tomatoes were boiled in.
- Step 5
- Add the small piece of onion, a teaspoon of oregano, 3 tablespoons of the vinegar of the jalapeño peppers in vinegar and salt to taste, then mix.
- Step 6
- The consistency of your sauce will depend on your preference. Add water depending on this. Set aside the salsa.
- Step 7
- Wash the lettuce and radishes. Chop the lettuce and slice the radishes.
- Step 8
- On each tostada, add the shredded chicken.
- Step 9
- Over the shredded chicken add the lettuce and radishes.
- Step 10
- Add your salsa and crumble the cheese over the salsa.
- Step 11
- Serve with avocado slices.
