Stuffed Apples

Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- ¼ Honey
- ¼ butter (you can use a vegan butter as well)
- ½ Cup of Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- ¼ Cup of Water
Directions
- Step 1
- Wash and core your apples. Spoon out the seeds and the middle, this is where your filling will go.
- Step 2
- Into a bowl, add the oats, honey, butter, walnuts and cinnamon. Mix.
- Step 3
- Stuff the apples with the oats. Put the apples into a deep baking dish.
- Step 4
- Add ¼ cup of water into the dish with the apples.
- Step 5
- Pre heat the oven to 350 °F. Bake the apples for 20-30 minutes, until the apples are tender but not mushy.
- Step 6
- When done, remove from the oven.
