Today I will be sharing with you my recipe of Stuffed Tilapia. Tilapia is a fish that I go to when I want to make a quick meal. It does not take long to cook, and it is mild when it comes to flavor making it adaptable to whatever ingredients you are using. It is also high in protein, low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals. For this Stuffed Tilapia recipe you will be needing cooked shrimp and imitation crab.
Also, tilapia could be baked, broiled, pan-seared or grilled. It is the fourth most commonly consumed type of seafood in the United States.
Enjoy!
