Chocolate Smoothie is my all-time favorite when it comes to smoothies. It is creamy, indulgent and never fails to satisfy my craving for chocolate. This smoothie does not have too many ingredients and it is simple to make making it a perfect choice for breakfast when you are in a pinch for time.
I use cacao in this smoothie, and you will be happy to know that it is considered a super food. It is full of magnesium, calcium, copper, antioxidants and flavonoids, which are said to help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the heart and brain. I also use bananas in this recipe which because of their potassium content aid in heart and blood pressure health so please feel free to indulge in this very nutrient packed smoothie.

Ingredients
- ½ Cup of Plain Yogurt
- ½ Cup of Almond Milk (Any milk of your choice)
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao
- ¼ Cup of Ice

- Add the yogurt, milk, cocoa, banana and ice cubes into a blender and mix until smooth.
